2.Features and Specifications

2.1 Product Introduction

The magician AC intelligent speed module ,which upgraded for intelligent cooling fan of Monophase Asynchronous Motor, is based on our traditional inverter system. It can be applied to the following places.

1. The controller comes with an intelligent adaptive program that can be casually plugged in to many types of equipment under the control of speed without consideration of the frequency and voltage.And you don’t need to debug again.
2. The starting capacitor mode is suitable for charging stations, electrical cabinets, production lines, and water pumps that require multiple AC fans, and water pumps to work in parallel. Moreover,It can control multiple units within rated power. It can be combined with temperature control sensors for stepless speed regulation to save energy to the large extent. As for unstable voltage under one to multiple controllers,the additional PFC module can solve this problem.
3. The mode without starting/running capacitors is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as high-power AC fans and water pumps. It can reduce starting and running capacitance to lower the whole costs. Particularly,it can improve the systematic reliability even on the hard environment, such as high temperature and high pressure.It can directly replace BLDC under the low load and low speed machine.
4. Product advantages: Avoid the sudden large Impulse current current and double power when connect the motor.Also,it can effectively reduce the impact of harmonics on the grid side and motor, and ensure the life and reliability of the system and motor.

4. Function Introduction

There are two control mode

IO control mode/communication mode:

This mode is shared with the serial communication mode, in which the upper computer can only watch but cannot be controlled. When the starting signal SW2 is L, it will start from frequency P1.01 and maintain P1.02 for the set time, then follow P0.18.

Setting the acceleration to 50Hz (adjustable) and the voltage regulation coefficient is PA.54.

Keyboard mode

When is it P0.07=0,that is Keyboard mode .In this mode, the setting frequency is P0.02.When the operating frequency is lower than 25Hz (set by the software), it will automatically run to 25Hz, then it will be set again when it is over 25Hz.

5.Error Introduction and Check

This product cannot be repaired by yourselves,if do that ,it may cause damage to it.And for its normal use,you should clean it regularly and check the condition of insulation and wires connection . If the drive has no respond when after installation at the first time,please immediately cut off the power for inspection.It may be caused by the following reasons:

1. The input voltage is too low to reach the normal operating voltage.
2. The load is stuck in rotation.
3. Electrical connection error.

If it can start without any abnormal noise or obvious shaking, it can be connected to the machine normally.
