Do I need to perform debugging after receiving the product?

No need. The products independently developed by us have had their data adjusted according to our own algorithms, so no additional settings are required.

Do I need to send my product to you for debugging?

No debugging is required. The motor products can operate without the need for repeated communication and adjustments with the drive company for every single modification. Meanwhile, it can help protect the confidentiality of your products effectively.

What should I do if the product malfunctions?
If the product malfunctions, please contact our sales team, and we will try our best to  solve this problem.
Can this product be used for other purposes?

No. It is strictly forbidden to use this product for any other purposes; otherwise, it may cause danger.  If you encounter any problems during use, please contact our company.

Can non-professionals attempt this?

No.The installation, operation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment shall be performed only by qualified professionals.
