1. Order Placement & Confirmation​
    Customers can place orders through the official website, email, or authorized sales representatives. All orders are subject to final confirmation by our sales team, which typically takes 1-2 business days.​
    We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or invalid customer information. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been made.​
  2. Payment Terms​
    Accepted payment methods include: Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal, and Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard). For orders exceeding $50,000, wire transfer is the preferred payment method.​
    Payment terms:​

For standard orders: 100% advance payment upon order confirmation.
For custom-made motors: 100% advance payment before shipment.​

All payments must be made in the currency specified in the order confirmation (USD, EUR, or GBP). Any bank charges incurred during payment shall be borne by the customer.​

  1. Shipping & Delivery​
    We prefer DHL as our freight forwarder. If you need to specify a logistics provider or other freight forwarder, please inform us in advance.

Delivery time:​
Standard motors: 3-5 business days will ship after payment if the items are in stock.If not,it will depend on our team.
Customized motors: 20-45 business days after receipt of advance payment (varies by product complexity).​
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, volume, destination, and shipping method. A detailed shipping quote will be included in the order confirmation. Customers can also choose their own logistics provider with prior notice.​
Title and risk of loss of the products shall pass to the customer upon shipment from our warehouse. The customer is responsible for clearing customs and paying any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.​

  1. Returns & Exchanges​
    We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery only if:​
    1.The product is defective or damaged during transportation (supported by photos/videos and inspection reports).​

2.The product does not match the specifications stated in the order confirmation (non-customized products only).​

Custom-made motors (designed according to customer-specific requirements) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless proven to be defective due to our manufacturing errors.​

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our errors. We will inspect the returned product within 5-7 business days upon receipt. A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days after the inspection is completed.​

  1. Warranty​
    All our motors come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.​
    The warranty does not cover:​
    Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.​
    Wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., bearings, seals) due to normal use.​
    Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.​
    To claim warranty service, customers must provide the original order number, delivery receipt, and evidence of the defect. We may offer repair, replacement, or partial refund based on the severity of the defect.​
  2. Force Majeure​
    We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supply chain issues.​
    In the event of force majeure, we will notify the customer promptly and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact. The delivery time will be extended accordingly, and no penalty shall be imposed on us for such delays.​
  3. Modifications to Purchase Policy​
    We reserve the right to modify this Purchase Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our official website, and the effective date will be indicated.​
