Warranty policy
All our motors come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance.
Wear and tear of consumable parts (e.g., bearings, seals) due to normal use.
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
To claim warranty service, customers must provide the original order number, delivery receipt, and evidence of the defect. We may offer repair, replacement, or partial refund based on the severity of the defect.
